And further to Pete and Christine's first email to us we received this today 20 February 2011 - although the buyers did not come from our web site it is good to know people went to look and took the web site details with them.
Our house (7 Le Petit Murat, Benevent L'Abbaye) which you have advertised as the Property of the Month Limousin on Line Web Site HAS BEEN SOLD;
We completed the Compromis de Vente last Monday and the buyer confirmed in writing yesterday that they are buying the house.
We would like to thank everyone for all their help in composing the advert. In the past two weeks we have had three cars come to the our house with a Internet Printout and look at the grounds, although they did not knock our door. The buyers, who live locally, saw a homemade sign we had fixed on our gate, and this led to the sale.

'We own and run busy holiday letting business with two large properties and have advertised with Dordogne on Line for some time now. The site is very well presented and managed and offers a lot more than booking holidays. We have always had good responses for both summer holidays and long winter lets. We are fully booked from now (March 2007) through to the 1st July 2008. Most of these bookings have come through Dordogne on Line and we are delighted. The Wanted section is particularly useful. We have kept a regular check on this and found several clients - especially long lets. The regular newsletter is another good feature and is very helpful.'
